We print shipping labels using the exact address details you provide at checkout. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
We cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds/replacements for orders that are lost due to:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer (including typos, autocorrect errors, or missing apartment/unit numbers)
- Customer relocation after placing the order
- Theft after successful delivery (package was delivered but stolen from your property)
- Refused delivery (package rejected by doorman, building management, or other party)
Important Information:
We do not include a return address on packages. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, Canada Post will be unable to deliver your package and cannot return it to us. No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect address information.
Please carefully verify that:
- Your complete street address is correct
- Your apartment, suite, or unit number is included (if applicable)
- Your postal code is accurate
- There are no typos or autocorrect errors
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us right away before payment is processed so we can update your information.
