    How long does shipping take?

    When you place an order with us, we begin processing it immediately. Our cut-off time for shipping is noon (12:00PM PST), after which your order will be shipped out the following business day. Packages are shipped via Xpresspost, which typically takes two to three business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive. We strive to provide excellent customer service and guarantee that your package will arrive on time and in good condition.

    I Have Not Received My Tracking Number

    We will email you your tracking number before its been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Post Office’s website. All tracking is usually updated no later than 6 pm PST. If you haven’t received any tracking information by then feel free to contact us at [email protected].

    How Much Does Shipping Cost?

    We offer free XpressPost Shipping on all orders over $150

    For orders below $149, we charge $20 for XpressPost Shipping.

    What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    We currently only accept Interac E-transfers at the current moment. 

    How Do I Know If My Payment Has Gone Through?

    Once we receive your payment, our team will immediately notify you by email. You can then track the progress of your order on any device with ease thanks to a tracking number that is sent within an hour or two!

    What Happens After I Submit My E-Transfer?

    Once you have submitted the E-Transfer, we have to wait for the E-Transfer to arrive to us. Your order will be marked off as “On Hold” until the payment clears. When Payment is cleared you should receive a email telling you that your order has been completed and a following tracking number within 1-2 hours.

    Please use your actual information, in some cases Canada Post might need you to pick up your package from their post office and you will be require to provide ID. If you do not have ID to pick up you will not able to receive your package and we are not liable.

    How Do You Package My Order?

    When you purchase product from Medical Marijuana Canada, your order is packaged discreetly and with care. We understand that people need discretion when they’re sending items back home so we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package the goods in boxes instead of traditional brown paper bags or containers which can easily be seen through by anyone who peers inside – especially if there’s writing on it! Then our employees take extra steps like vacuuming sealant all around outside just for added protection and ensuring that it is odorless.

    How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    You can cancel or edit your order from your account dashboard, but if you aren’t able to do this or need help with anything else please don’t hesitate! 

    Do I Need An Account to Place An Order?

    No, you do not need an account to place an order but creating an account will allow you to gain points which can be redeemed towards your order.

    How Do I Track My Order?

    Order tracking can be done by entering your tracking number and billing email in the Order Tracking link. 

    Do You Offer Refunds/Returns?

    Due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. All consumable purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges.

    Non-consumable related issues will be looked at case by case basis, we may determine that we will replace a particular product to you or to persons generally. This is strictly at our discretion. We will work with you to address any and all concerns you have so please reach out and provide us with your concerns and reasons, as well as any evidence that you think supports your position.

    If you believe that you have a defective product please contact customer support at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please keep all packaging as photos will be required.

    Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of points (store credit).
